Every Phoenix booking includes garden salad with ginger dressing, hibachi vegetables, steamed or fried rice, two proteins per guest (chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or scallops), yum yum and teriyaki sauces, plus full grill setup and cleanup. Pricing is $55 per adult (13+) and $30 per child (4–12), with a $550 event minimum. A typical Phoenix group of 10–14 runs $550–$770. Gratuity (20% appreciated) and cash payment only.
